Useful information about the city/Parking

If you already have a reservation with us or are about to make one, this information about the facility and the rules for entering the center and parking will be useful.

It's essential to arrange check-in with the property: there's no reception, but a convenient self-check-in system with codes provided to you before your arrival via WhatsApp.

How to reach us from the airport

The airport is approximately 35 km from the city center. Buses, trains, and shared taxis are available with specific schedules. Upon request, we also offer a pick-up service to/from the airport (30-40 minutes to the apartment). Contact us for pricing.

If you arrive by car

Palermo's historic center is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), with cameras and hours that vary throughout the year. You can still enter at any time: to comply, you need a €5 ticket, which can be purchased at tobacconists or through the City Hall app. This ticket can also be validated after entering the ZTL. If you have any difficulties, contact us: we'll help you with the purchase.

Parking

Free parking is available on the apartment's street or in nearby streets; alternatively, we can recommend secure private parking lots nearby (€15-20 per day).
