Booking conditions
These terms and conditions apply to reservations made directly on this website. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them.
Prices
The price you see is always all-inclusive : accommodation, final cleaning, tourist tax, and any extras you choose (crib, pets). There are no additional charges to pay upon arrival, unless otherwise indicated. All amounts are in euros, rounded to the nearest euro.
The rates
- Non-refundable. Pay the full amount immediately, and if you book more than 30 days in advance, you'll receive a 10% discount on the price of your stay.
- Refundable up to 30 days before arrival. A 20% deposit is required upon booking; the remainder will be charged after the free cancellation period expires.
- Refundable up to 15 days before arrival. A 20% deposit is required upon booking; the balance will be charged after the free cancellation period expires. The price of the stay will be subject to a 20% surcharge.
Refundable rates are only available if the free cancellation period is still in the future; for very close arrivals, the non-refundable rate remains.
How to pay
- Credit or debit card. Payment is made on Stripe's secure payment page: your card details never pass through our website. For refundable rates, your card is saved, and if you authorize it at the time of booking , the balance will be automatically charged to your card the day after the cancellation deadline expires. If the charge fails, we will contact you to complete the payment.
- Bank transfer. Your dates will be held for 48 hours, allowing you to complete the transfer using the reason we provide. Upon receipt of the transfer, your reservation is confirmed. If the transfer does not arrive by this deadline, your dates will be released.
Cancellation and refunds
- Refundable rates: if you cancel within the deadline, your deposit will be refunded in full.
- Refundable rates, if cancelled after the deadline, and non-refundable rates: 100% of the cost of the stay will be retained.
- In any case , cleaning, tourist tax, and extras will be refunded, even if you cancel on the day of arrival.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the booking.
- To cancel or request a change, please contact us (see contact information at the bottom of this page) and include your booking code.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €4.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 4 nights, and is payable by guests aged 12 and over (which is why we ask for the ages of children when searching). It is already included in the price. It is calculated for all guests: those eligible (for example, residents of the municipality) can request a refund upon check-in.
Extra
- Cot: €15.00 per night (maximum 1 per booking).
- Pets: €20.00 per stay per pet as a cleaning fee (maximum 2 pets per booking).
Guests, arrival and house rules
Only the guests indicated at the time of booking can stay in the apartment, within the maximum occupancy. Arrival and self-check-in instructions will be sent to you before your stay. We ask that you respect the house and the neighbors.
Right of withdrawal
Since this is an accommodation service with a fixed arrival date, the right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts (Article 59, letter n, of the Consumer Code) does not apply: the cancellation rules on this page apply.
Personal data
We use the data you enter only to manage your booking, billing, and legal obligations, as explained in the privacy policy .
